This sample course has the presenter request workflow active. You can send a request to presenters that allows them to either accept or decline an invitation to facilitate an event. Upon response to a request, an automated notification is sent to the event/template manager and any support staff assigned to the event. Presenters can also write an accompanying message on their request response. For example, if a presenter declines a request, they can explain why they're unable to present for that event.
